Why Redwood City Patients Choose an Oral Medicine Specialist
Redwood City is home to several major medical centers, and many of our Redwood City patients arrive after an ENT, neurologist, or physical therapist has ruled out other causes. When the ears look healthy but still feel full, when headaches persist despite treatment, or when the jaw clicks, locks, or aches, the jaw system and airway are often worth a closer look.
Our evaluation examines how the jaw, muscles, tongue, airway, neck, and bite work together, and we send a written consultation report back to your referring provider so care stays coordinated.
What We Evaluate
- Headaches & migraines
- TMJ disorders & jaw pain
- Facial pain
- Neck pain
- Ear pain, fullness & tinnitus
- Teeth grinding & clenching

Treatment, when appropriate, is conservative and individualized. The ways we help include Head & Neck Decompression™, Jaw Support Therapy™, TMJ orthotic therapy, and oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea — selected from your findings, never a routine protocol.
Questions from Redwood City Patients
Are you close to Redwood City?
Yes — San Carlos and Redwood City share a border. Most Redwood City patients (ZIP codes 94061, 94062, 94063, and 94065) reach our office in 5–15 minutes.
Can you coordinate with my Redwood City doctors?
Yes. We welcome records from your dentist, physician, ENT, or physical therapist, and we send a consultation report after your evaluation so everyone involved in your care has the same information.
Do you treat headaches as well as TMJ pain?
Yes. Headaches, TMJ disorders, facial pain, neck pain, ear symptoms, teeth grinding, and sleep apnea are the conditions we evaluate most often — frequently together, because they are often connected.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is necessary for most patients. If your dentist, physician, ENT, neurologist, or physical therapist has records or imaging, we are glad to review them, and we send a consultation report back after your evaluation.
