At our office, we take immense pride in providing the highest quality of care possible. We really care about your health and wellbeing. Insurance companies often suggest treatments based on saving money, rather than what’s best for you. That’s why we’ve chosen not to work directly with medical or dental insurance companies.
Instead, after your visit, we’ll give you a superbill. This is a document you can send to your insurance company to ask for reimbursement. If you want to check if your insurance covers our services, we can give you the billing codes ahead of time. Plus, many of our services can be reimbursed through your HSA.
If you’re a sleep apnea patient, we can help you with insurance claims for an oral appliance. To make things easier, please bring your sleep study results, a prescription for the appliance from your doctor, a copy of your insurance card, and your driver’s license to your first appointment.
If you don’t have a sleep study, don’t worry! We can perform one in-house and send the results to our collaborator sleep apnea physician. They can then prescribe a sleep appliance or other treatment modalities for you.
